This is a group to find support, let go of old shame stories that we all carry, and recharge with coaching, information, laughter and community. Lets tap back into what's missing from our culture that helps neurodivergent women thrive.

A small group of no more than 12 women. Space is limited.

Beginning the Week of March 23rd. (first audio lesson posts)
Weekly group sessions start Wednesdays at noon, Pacific Time.

Weekly 60-minute group coaching calls
We’ll have moments of respite, releasing old shame stories, and also times to tackle the hard stuff together—moving through overwhelm  &  towards balancing all the things in ways that feel sustainable.

Weekly 15-minute audio lessons
Released weekly. You can listen anytime—driving, doing dishes, or whenever you have brain space.
These will be gentle nudges, not overwhelming “shoulds.”

A break from information overload
If you’re ready to cut out some of the noise (maybe take a social media break?), we’ll support you in simplifying. Pick one thing to do less of  for 7 weeks, and we’ll support you in it.

Nightly journal prompts (5 nights a week)
Slow down, get your mind thinking about the topic of the week,
and move into sleep with a clearer head.
